Italian, founding partner of Lorusso & Partners, Carlo Lorusso has over 28 years of experience in international taxation and transfer pricing, working in legal and tax advisory focused on tax and succession planning for high-net-worth individuals, international taxation and transfer pricing. A member of the Italian Bar Association, the Brazilian Bar Association and a member of the board of the ITC Alumni Lex Network, Carlo has gained extensive knowledge of foreign tax systems, handling cases in more than 35 different countries, with particular emphasis on his work in Italy. Throughout this long trajectory, he has built a wide and effective network of relationships, enabling the management of complex international projects that require the coordination of professionals across different jurisdictions.

Diego Rasquinho de Oliveira is a lawyer graduated from the Law School of Largo de São Francisco (USP) and partner at Lorusso & Partners, working in tax advisory law. He has extensive experience in tax, wealth and succession planning for individuals with structures abroad. He has solid expertise in preparing DIRPF and DCBE filings, compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations (Local and Master Files), accounting support for offshore company assets and the establishment of trusts abroad. In the academic field, he coordinated the publication “Key Insights for Clubs and Players”, by Football Legal, and is the author of articles on the legislative evolution of the Brazilian Tax Reform.
